Die cutting lets you print in any shape — rounded corners, custom contours, circles, ovals, or completely bespoke silhouettes. Trilon prints die cut pieces on both the Sharp BP‑1200s and the Ricoh Pro C7200x, then finishes them in-house. The Sharp powers high-volume sticker and label runs; the Ricoh handles specialty toner accents for premium die cut cards.
