Booklets & Saddle Stitch Binding

Catalogs, programs, manuals — bound and ready.

Saddle stitch is the most economical binding method for booklets up to about 64 pages. Trilon prints booklet interiors on both the Sharp BP‑1200s and the Ricoh Pro C7200x — the Sharp for high-volume interior runs, the Ricoh for premium color and specialty toner covers. Two staples through the spine, a clean trim, and you have a professional booklet that lies flat and holds up to regular use.

Common Uses

  • Product catalogs and lookbooks
  • Event programs and playbills
  • Training manuals and handbooks
  • Annual reports and company profiles
  • Newsletters and magazines
